Owner - Project Manager - Installer

  • Started working in the Solar Industry in 2018

  • Holds all certifications for Fairfield Solar Plus

  • Graduated Miami University 2018​

Hobbies include: Boating, Motorcycling, Flying, Snowboarding, Working on old SUVs and Trucks, Spending time with wife and kids, Grilling out, Bowling, Golfing

Ryan enjoys complex problem solving and pursuing new challenges. Being reasonable, fair, earning a clients trust and respect, and having good communication through every project are very valued. His wife refers to him as a "people pleaser" sometimes to a fault!

Justin Hoffman

Tech Lead

  • Graduated Ohio University 2014

  • Tesla Energy Certified

Hobbies include: Endless house projects, spending time with his wife and kids, basketball, and playing D&D.

Justin is one of those people who can read a book and be an expert on it the very next day. Justin understands complex problems and can find the solutions. He is a very valuable member of the team.

DJ Potts

Installer

  • 8 years Construction Experience Including: 2 Years Solar Installer, Posting Frame Building, Industrial Painting, Concrete Restoration

  • Loves the reward of completing a project

Hobbies include: skateboarding with friends, watching movies with family

​

Dj is an incredibly thoughtful installer and is a great person to bounce ideas off. He can find the missing link to any problem or troubleshoot a challenge. He also makes for great conversation on the job site!

Seth Strohl

Installer

  • 2 Years Solar Experience

  • 5 Years Roofing Experience

  • 2 Years HVAC Experience

Hobbies: Skateboarding and spending time with family/friends

Seth has no fear of heights and has incredible attention to detail! Seth is always very thoughtful in his work and cares that the client sees and understands the work being done. Clients always comment on how caring he is on the job site.
